1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
3. Products and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices stated. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We accept payment via MTN Mobile Money (MOMO), Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, and cash on delivery (within Kigali). Payment must be received before we ship your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Kigali for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days within Kigali and 3-5 business days for other regions in Rwanda.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging and resalable condition. Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and arrange pickup. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via mobile money or bank transfer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BELI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BELI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BELI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our website or violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
